Ingredients:
1/4 cup Tahini ( Sesame paste )
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1 clove garlic
2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Can Chickpeas
2-3 Tablespoon Water
Method of madness:
Pulse the tahini with the lemon in a food processor
Mince the garlic and add it to the food processor with the olive oil, Pulse again.
Add cumin & salt, Pulse again.
Add half the amount of Chickpeas and pulse until smooth then add the other half, pulse again.
Add water one tablespoon at a time while pulsing and watching the thickness.
Garnish:
Drizzle with Olive oil, Sprinkle Paprika or Sumac.
